I measure how a website is performing against key objectives and recommend specific action points to improve visitor traffic, engagement, and retention, and to optimize conversion rates.

Some clients use my review as a guide to make changes themselves or as a brief to take back to their own designer / developer, while others contract me to redesign their website or develop their content strategy.
